🍂 LBA Fall Fair 🍂

Get ready for a great day at the LBA Fall Fair! Our Fall Fair is a fun-filled school event featuring food, fair-style games, activities, and plenty of time together as an LBA family.

Even better, the Fall Fair is an important fundraiser for our Senior Class, helping support their upcoming Senior Trip. Thank you for joining us and helping make this special experience possible for our seniors!

• Adults & Parents: We would love for you to join us! Parents and other adults are more than welcome to attend. If you plan to purchase food, please include your food order on your student's order form.
• ⚠️ ONE FORM MUST BE COMPLETED FOR EACH STUDENT.

  If your family has multiple students attending the Fall Fair, please submit a separate order form for each student.
• Please enter the NUMBER of each food item you wish to order.
  Enter the quantity as a numeral — for example, 2 — in the appropriate quantity field.
• 💳 Payment is due when the form is submitted.
  No cash or checks will be accepted. All food orders must be placed and paid for through this form.
• ⏰ Order Deadline: Please submit all Fall Fair food orders by Tuesday, October 20th. Once ordering closes, additional orders cannot be accepted.
