LBA Cheerleading Sign-Up (Grades 1–5)

Welcome! Here’s what you need to know before signing up:

  • Cheerleaders will cheer at LBA home basketball games.
  • Uniform, bow, and poms are provided.
  • Practices: Every Tuesday, 3:00–4:00 PM.
  • First Practice: November 10.
  • Games Begin: December 15.
  • Registration Fee: $50.

Consent & Liability Waiver:

  • I understand that my child will attend cheerleading practices every Monday and Thursday from 3:00–4:15 PM.
  • I understand my child will cheer at LBA home games.
  • I understand that the $50 registration fee includes cheer attire and is required.
  • I acknowledge that cheerleading involves physical activity and that my child may be at risk for minor injuries.
  • I agree to release Lighthouse Baptist Academy, its staff, and volunteers from any liability for injuries that occur during practices or games, except in cases of gross negligence.
  • I give permission for my child to participate in LBA Cheerleading.
